A full-time quality assurance officer (storekeeper) shall be assigned to check the quality of goods in and out of the warehouse, and the warehouse shall meet the requirements of food hygiene. 2. Strictly control the shelf life of the goods in the warehouse, conduct regular inspection and first in first out. The following goods can only be warehoused after selection, sorting or change of packaging. The following commodities shall not be warehoused: 1. Deteriorated, rotten, smelly and unsanitary goods; 2. The maintenance of electrical equipment in the cold storage shall be operated by electricians or personnel who know how to use electricity. The power supply must be cut off for any maintenance to ensure safety. 6. Vibration shall be avoided during the operation of the refrigerator. In addition to increasing mechanical wear, vibration will also cause loosening or fracture of the connecting pipe on the unit. The protection functions of the refrigeration compressor unit have been set in advance without adjustment. 7. Regularly check whether the connecting pipes on the connecting pipes and valves of the refrigeration unit are firm and whether there is refrigerant leakage (generally, oil stains will appear at the leakage place). Only by ensuring good heat dissipation can the refrigeration be good. The location of the cold storage shall be dry, clean, free of inflammables and explosives, and ensure that there are no potential safety hazards. Articles shall not be stacked in front of the evaporator (a certain gap shall be reserved) to avoid affecting the refrigeration effect. 9. If the air humidity is too high, the defrosting interval is long, and the storage temperature setting is abnormal, all these will cause the frost layer on the evaporator in the storage to thicken and the storage temperature will not drop. At this time, defrosting (defrosting) treatment shall be carried out. Observe in time and stop defrosting immediately when the frost layer disappears. Wait a moment before starting the device. 10. The temperature, temperature difference and other parameters in the cold storage shall be set according to the actual situation of the cold storage, and the parameters shall not be changed arbitrarily. Frequent start-up of the compressor shall be avoided, and the interval time of each shutdown shall not be less than 6 minutes. If the oil level of the sight glass of the compressor drops or becomes dirty, it shall be added or replaced in time. Unqualified refrigerant oil with wrong brand and high water content caused by long-term exposure to the air shall not be added, otherwise it will cause high-temperature carbonization, low-temperature wax precipitation, motor insulation damage, system oil return difficulty and other faults. Always pay attention to the temperature changes at the compressor shell, body and cylinder head to determine whether the compressor operates normally. The refrigeration compressor unit does not need to be refueled under normal circumstances. If it is determined that it is necessary to add oil, the special oil for the compressor shall be added by professionals. The amount of oil shall be determined by professionals and shall not be added blindly. 12. Regularly check whether the power supply voltage is normal (three-phase four wire), and check whether the protection function of the main power switch is normal and effective. Common faults and troubleshooting 1. There is no power on the distribution box or the display screen does not display. Please check whether the special brake of the cold storage fails. (check the power supply and distribution box) 2. The cold storage does not cool or the cooling effect is poor. Check whether the condenser of the refrigerator is dirty. Check whether there is too thick frost on the evaporator in the warehouse. Check whether the refrigerant leaks (apply soapy water to the pipeline connection, and if bubbles are generated, it indicates that the refrigerant leaks). And ask professional personnel to supplement refrigerant and deal with the leakage. Check whether the sealing of the cold storage door is intact and eliminate it. Check whether the refrigerator of the cold storage works. Check whether the parameter setting of the computer controller of the cold storage is correct and readjust it. Check whether the controller of the cold storage fails and replace it. Check whether there is enough clearance for the goods stacked in the warehouse and dredge it. 3. There is abnormal noise when the machine is running. Please stop the machine and check whether it is caused by vibration or mechanical failure. There is abnormal noise in the distribution box. This is the sound made by the AC contactor. It is due to the damage of the contactor, the inflexibility of the iron suction moving parts, the dirt on the iron suction surface, etc. Please cut off the power and then press the iron suction of the contactor or remove the contactor for cleaning to eliminate the noise. 4. The refrigerator starts frequently or does not start for a long time, or does not stop for a long time, or stops before the storage temperature reaches. A. Check whether there is dirt on the condenser. Poor heat dissipation will lead to too high condensation pressure of the refrigerator. In order to protect the compressor, the machine stops running under the action of the pressure controller. When the heat dissipation is good, press the black reset button on the pressure controller, and the machine can automatically resume operation. B. If the parameter setting of the controller is incorrect, just reset it. C. Poor refrigeration, please refer to fault 2. D. Temperature control failure. E. Electrical damage. 5. After switching on, the distribution box of cold storage has no response, but the three-phase power supply is normal. Please check the zero line for 220V voltage. The parts of the cold storage (various valves and controllers) have been set, and there are no parts that users need to adjust. 6. The lights in the warehouse are not on. Please check whether the switch fails and whether the bulb is damaged. Cut off the power supply during inspection, and pay attention to the waterproof of the lamp when installing the lampshade. 7. When the ambient temperature is too high, after the refrigerator operates for a period of time, the storage temperature does not reach the set value and the refrigerator stops in advance. This is because the condensation pressure of the refrigerator is too high due to the increase of ambient temperature. In order to protect the compressor, the machine stops running under the action of the pressure controller. When the heat dissipation is good, press the black reset button on the pressure controller, and the machine can automatically resume operation. And check whether the water-cooled condenser has good heat dissipation. Do not arbitrarily adjust the set value on the pressure controller, otherwise the pressure controller will not protect the refrigerator. 8. The cold storage door is not tightly closed. Please adjust the distance between the hinge on the cold storage door and the door lock and the storage body.
